Double Dragon Fountain of Prosperity

Xu Yin is a highly respected artist from Longquan, China. He is famed for his celadon, being particularly proficient in the imitation of Southern Song glazes. His pieces preserve the traditional characteristics of Longquan celadon in a very sincere, humble and mature manner. Xu Yin has won numerous awards and high praise both home and abroad for his pieces, regarded by many as porcelain treasure.

The vessel emanates an ancient form, adorned with a pair of dragons skillfully shaped as handles. Biting down on the rim of the vase, water flows from their mouths, fountain-like in appearance.
